Use of WLAB is governed by the commercial agreement, license scope, deployment model, and support terms approved during evaluation and purchase.
Perpetual-license discussions should clarify what is included in the software purchase, what services or support are provided separately, and how future implementation or change requests are handled.
Customers remain responsible for operating the platform in line with applicable law, internal governance requirements, and the commitments they make to their own customers or end users.
